I find exercise boring because I can't be doing 5 other things at the same time. Sounds like a personality prob. to me. LOL. Always been that way though. I'll be riding my exercycle then think of something I want to do to my most recent quilt so I jump off & head upstairs to my mach.

So glad I am not the only one. I have tried all kinds of exercise including Jazzercise and all kinds of distractions but I never have really enjoyed it. Jazzercise was probably the closest I ever came to not hating to go so much. So I just walk now with hubby everyday.

I hate exercise, but I do it. I'm not overweight but I have Osteo and my doctor who is also my SIL told me I needed weight strengthing so I treat the exercise as a perscription. I do run a little and walk a little, do cardio, but I don't like it. I want to stay stong for Olivia.

I like your axpression "fluffy". BOY, do I fit in but since adding about 25 lbs. over the winter I believe I can go from fluffy to stuffed. As for exercising, I can think of more reasons to get out of it, you know, too hot, want to finish this 1st, etc. Exercise---ugh-gh-gh. But I do know I'm going to have to do something or be embarrassed while buying new clothes.

I always hated it too, but decided I needed to go anyway, for my health. Lots of heart problems, diabetes and cancer in my family. So, I joined Curves for Women 3 years ago. Last Fall Curves added (Low impact) Zoomba to their routine and I decided to try it out. I LOVE IT!! It is easy on the joints, the music is exciting, the pace is fast (but easy), it only lasts 1/2 hour and I do it 3 times a week. As long as there is Zoomba out there, I'll go happily to my exercise classes!

I've tried Ipods, books on tape, watching tv, watching others (sometime entertaining) but I truly really do not like exercising at all. :P :P :P :P :P :P
What do you do to make exercising nothing to dread?

I don't like to exercise either, and rarely do. The problem is that once you begin to exercise you have to do it for the rest of your life!
