I don't put it on the roller, I just set it on the counter. I used to put it on the roller and everytime I would go in to use the bathroom someone else had taken it off and set it on the counter.
When I did I prefer over.

Normally "under", but our master bathroom is so tiny that there's no room for a toilet paper holder. The roll sits on the window sill. :mrgreen: :oops:
We rarely use the hall bathroom, but it's either "under" or just sitting on top of the holder. :roll:
