It is a formula for cleaning wood cabinets. Unfortunately, a lot of "stickies" at the beginning of this forum have become unstuck. Have you read the two stickies about cleaning that are still the top listing in this forum? Glenn did a thread on this forum about restoring sewing machine cabinets without stripping the wood. He also did a tutorial on this board. If you click on his name on the sticky you can look at the posts that he has started. Wonderful reading as frequently any problems and solutions have been asked and answered in those threads. I, too, can vouch and recommend his formulas for cleaning and restoring old cabinets.

Solution One--4parts white vinegar, 4parts boiled linseed oil, 4parts mineral spirits, 1part denatured alcohol and 3-4 drops of household ammonia.
