    The quilting was really easy. I hand basted first because of the higher loft of the batting. Wasn't sure how spray basting would work. I started regular sewing with a varigated thread in the center and sewed on the diagonal of the light blocks in a square, then shot off of the square and traveled in concentric squares until I got to the first border. The large setting triangles are FMQ with large stipple quilting. I experimented with a ribbon stitch in the outer border. Liked how that went and will do it again.
