I would love to, but in our area they are very expensive. Some antique shops won't even price them-they wait for someone to make a big offer. I have had much better luck with antique linens which I love!!

I have two - one my paternal grand mother made - simple fence rail and the other was given to me by my mil and was made by her sisters mil back in the 30's - it's in great condition (don't think it was ever used) and I treasure them both will try to post pics when I can figure out how to do so

My aunt had 2 quilt tops. One, a Carpenters Wheel from my Grandmother, and the second one was a Trip Around the World from her husbands mother. It was my privilege and pleasure to finish them with quilting and binding. She then gave them to her two sons, with the stipulation that if they didn't take care of them, they would come to me. (I know that my Grandmother would be proud that i was able to finish her quilt for her.)

ME ME ME. I wish you had "bought up" a few and offered them on here. Should that happen ever again, please go get your checkbook...especially if they're in the "cheapie" range. I would love to run up on a few of those. I can't help it, I just love the old ones!
