I saw several old quilt tops at a yard sale this morning, but have no place to put another thing in my sewing room. They ranged from table topper to twin sized, and she didn't want more than $15 for any of them. How many QB members would like to strangle me for not racing for my checkbook and offering them on this site?

Yes, I do love old quilts and collect them as well. Here's just a few from the collection! Most all of mine are from flea markets. Love them! Go back and get them, LOL! :D

You should have rescued them, someone here would have given them a loving home. So, quick run back and bring those babies home! :)

I have some antique blocks that were given to me. I would buy a quilt if it caught my eye, was in good shape and the price is right.
If I found one really reasonable, in good shape that I didn't particularly like, I might even buy it and offer it here. :D:D:D

I only have 1 antique quilt and it's one that I treasure. If I had the chance to own a vintage quilt for that cheap, I'd jump at the chance!

It's nearly impossible to find some antique quilts or tops here in Germany...I would love to have some!

Me! I have been handquilting (for several years now) a vintage quilt top I purchased on ebay. I will be amazing when it's done. I also have several others that I backed and tied and one that its waiting it's turn to be completed.

I have several antique quilts. I also have some tops awaiting finishing. I like to rescue the old tops and finish them. I hand quilt them so it takes a lot of time.
