I'd guess a good soak in warm water with a bit of mild soap like Ivory. Got to use something to break down the fats in the chocolate (cocoa butter). I would try NOT to scrub it as that might grind the cocoa into the fibers. Good luck getting it out!

Simple and easy:
Our county bicentennial quilt had some masking tape residue from labeling the squares. I used (VERY lightly on clean white cloth) lighter fluid until spot was all gone. It evaporates quickly, doesn't leave any odor behind, doesn't damage fabric. If you use it VERY lightly, it's a good try.
