You really don't want to lose weight my way. I had a total knee replacement. Did great till the pain medication made me so sick I wasn't able to eat. Still get nauseated just thinking of food.

However, we are leaving on Saturday for the beach for one week. Pray for me that I do well with the eating. I will be on the beach most of the time so I'll bring water, grapes, and good munchies.

Oh my goodness!! My Internet service provider connection has had a problem and I haven't had any internet for the last 2 days so I am pleased to see what has happened in the last 48 hours here. Congratulations to all of the people who lost weight and kept going with their healthier eating. The last month has been a complete change of eating habits for me. I really feel good about the way I eat now and I don't feel as if I am dieting just eating smarter. I plan on continuing with this after I go have a celebration dinner tonight :D
