Jaba that sounds great! I look forward to seeing what he makes. I am sure with him being a carpenter that it will be really nice. I think wood working is just the best. My dad has built a few houses in his time. He made my mother back then a beautiful curio cabinet with glass in the front to put her bell collection in. Little bells of all shapes and sizes from different states. Us girls all have a cedar chest he made us, and I use mine to put quilts in. He also made us girls a cedar jewelry box using no nails, but tongue and groove. I am sure you have many things too your husband has made. Isn't it wonderful?

P.S. My son has taken after his grandpa with the woodworking talent.

Congrats to the winner of the Reindeer Games, Anoka Quilter. I will be mailing your prize out Friday. We are expecting a snow storm tonight so not going anywhere tomorrow and P.O. is closed Thursday. Thanks ladies for playing. I will get another game posted in the next few days.

Way to go "Anoka"!! Congratulations !!

Stay safe and warm Michelle....but good news - the deer will be cold and need to feed instead of warm and lying low. Fingers crossed for your hunts.

Great tree Cindy! The white really shows off your ornaments....hmmmm.....maybe I need one of those too.....ok -"need" might be too strong a word.
