Zout works on just about anything. It has even worked on days old blood where I cut myself. Chocolate is not at all challenging for it. Best spot remover ever!!!

Try using dish soap I find it gets alot of stains out I would try a small area by hand first

Bad you. You voilated one of the main rules of chocolate. Don't get it on the quilt. Better watch out the quilt police will be looking for you for sure now. lol.

Some people never learn do they?
You should know by now you have to share your chocolate with the rest of us. If you don't the chocolate fairies will not help you get the chockie stain out.
Sharing your chocolate helps to prevent chocolate stains.

If you can, soak the piece in a wash basin then lay it flat to dry.

Test this before trying but on stained clothes I use a mix of ox-clean spray and greased lightning work in gently with a toothbrush and wash.
