Sorry I can't be much help, but I hope she didn't just drop it on you with 24 hour notice!!! If so, I would just tell her that with such short notice, you can either do an all-over meander (vine/leaf etc) or SID. I don't machine quilt, so don't have a clue

She called me yesterday asking if I had any quilts for sale, I only had two tops that didn't have homes, so she bought this one...I am charging her $100 for it, it is for her Mother In Laws birthday and her party is Sat. I had everything here to finish it, i just never gave any thought has to how to quilt it LOL

Since it is a country theme and has the hearts in the one fabric why not a meandering vine with leaves and hearts?

Good luck.

I only recently started Machine quilting, so i am not really "comfortable" yet with doing alot of experimenting LOL

When i look at the picture, I do see the "diamond" formation" I might just go with that since i am still new to the quilting world.

Be sure to post what you do with it when it's done! Would love to see it! Don't stress over it-all-over vine with leaves and/or hearts would be fine.

I would quilt a daisy pattern on this with Spring nearly here and this being a country quilt it would look special saying that i have never actually quited a flower pattern on a quilt and i am guessing it is pretty hard to do

Do whatever you're comfortable with. It will be beautiful with any kind of quilting. After you get it done, then practice, practice, practice. (Mind you, I don't know how to yet, period! LOL)
