I really wish stores would not use 1/2 yard pricing. It's confusing.

Yes, it comes out to over $9 a yard ON SALE!! My local quilt shop sells for $8.80/yd. and no shipping.

I didnt know places sold 1/2 yards. Ugh...that IS cofusing!
I hope bunniequilter knew this and didnt think she was getting a yard!

I refuse to buy from places with 1/2 yard pricing. I think they are trying to be deceptive as to price.

Well I don't refuse. Hancock's of Paducah and Burgundy Buttons, two shops where I find the best prices, both price by 1/2 yards. I still don't like it but I'd rather save $$ and they do both have good customer service. I'm not going to pay more just because of this one issue.

For me these are fanatastic prices, we pay 18.00 a yard and up.
