That is the problem with Big Lots, buy it when you see it as it may never be back again.

Have not been to BigLots for over a couple years but guess I better stop by the store soon. When I was there, I got the Fiscar sewing suitcase (for last of better wording.) DH spotted it first and I kind of said I really did not need it. Wrong! We got it and I carry it to Project Linus or Guild sewing days all the time. The lid has sleeves big enough to keep rulers and smaller cutting mats flat and safe, plenty of room below for fabric and sewing utensils and my purse for rolling under all the tables set up for sewing. Like I say, I best stop by BL again as I did not know they now handled fabric. Thanks for the clues Debbie.

Saw FQ adverstised in the Big Lots ad that begins today. Darn, forgot to look while in town today. Didn't know they sold them before seeing them in the ad this weekend.

BL always has a surprise going. I haven't bought any fabric there but found good expensive Yarn there for a song and Buffalo batting with I use for stuffing my dolls. it is the best and sell at almost 5.00 a bag. A friend saw it there for 1.00 a bag and bought me the whole case.

I have my friends looking out for me all the time and I do the same, this way we all save on the most expensive things. I am not buying fabric for a long time as I have enough. The store I teach at gives me the fabric I need for any models of quilts or dolls that I make for display for the store.
