    ....do you also put laundry soap/detergent in?

    no, i have not used detergent with the retayne- i followed the instructions on the bottle

    NO DO NOT DO THIS!!! It will make the color that is removed from the fabric into goo the sticks all over the inside of your washer. Then you have to get a nylon scrubbie and practically stand on your head to clean the inside of the washer. Ask me how I know!!!!
