I have a chance to purchase a Singer Featherweight 3-221. I got some info: produced 1955, excellent condition, box of accessories and carrying case. My friend asked me make an offer......What price would you offer?

A friend? I'd make a friend name a price, and then counter offer if it was too high for my pocket.

If it wasn't a friend, consider that you can always start low and go higher, but it's pretty difficult to start high and go lower! ;)

NOT more than $250/300...
