It's beautiful and I don't see anything wrong. If people have to look so hard to find a mistake, I don't think it could be considered a major one.

If it is the violins upside down, I'd leave it as is.

well, if you thought you only had ONE mistake, now you have been told!!....as it is something that you are going to correct, it would likely be in the quilting part, which can be re-done easier than changing colours/blocks.
i would suggest that it needs borders....interesting ;

Usually it is easier to find an error in a photo than in person. The only thing I can see is in the photo one block's contrast is close. But it looks great.
