My DDIL LOVES purple and green. So when my LQS had this line of fabric in their sale room for 50% off (60% if you finished the bolt) you know I HAD to take advantage of it!

She showed me awhile back that she likes the "Thinking Outside the Box pattern". Would these fabrics really work with that though? If she likes a more "modern" pattern and these fabrics won't really work with the TOTB...what other design options would you recommend for consideration?

Any ideas are truly welcomed and appreciated. BTW, she's pretty easy to please so if you can think of ANY pattern that would look nice in these fabrics please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Thanks so much! Karen

I have several of those fabrics...LOVE them! I will have to look up the TOTB pattern as I am not familiar with that one. I have this collection in purple and pink...I never saw the green ones and that is my favorite color!!!

Beautiful fabrics! Your pattern choice will depend on how much yardage you have of each.

The fabrics are awesome! I am going to be taking a class at my LQS this summer. My daughter also loves purples . The class I chose is for the pattern Counterpoint by Karl Nichols.

I have a yard of each and a yard and a half of the striped purple. That should be plenty for most patterns I would think. I'm planning to make this lap sized.

If this is the pattern you mentioned I made this one for a friend that wanted pinks and yellows. I think those colors you have would look great. I'll be quilting the top this weekend for my June UFO challenge quilt.
