CraftyGirl, you are right onthe money, we are a clever group, and it's time someone noticed. Although I would quilt if no one ever complimented my work. This article came at a good time to lift my spirits. I'm on a deadline to finish my family reunion quilt for July 4th and keep running into obstacles. I figure them out, but they are still slowing me down. I still have to put the final border on, then sandwich and quilt, then ship off to NE for the reunion. I can't go this year because of back and arthritis problems, plus no $, but I will be there in spirit. Thanks for sharing the article. We all need some uplifting now and then.

I tutor kids during the school year and they all ask why the higher math. Next year I am taking a quilt with me and say this is why!!

that is exactly why I call my quilting "therapy". I always feel better after a session at my sewing machine.

I reported this information to my DH. His reply was "you must be doing something wrong, you still forget everything". He thinks he is sooooo funny!! Guess I need to buy more fabric to teach him. lol

Why is it that researchers always research the obvious?
