same here. I wondered what on earth geometry had to do with my future. Now I know!!!!!
When I was around 17 more or less, I told a sales lady I wasn't interested in quilting because I didn't find geometry fun. Wish I had been more open minded:) Who knew?

Me too. I tell my family quilting is cheaper than a therapist and it keeps me busy so I don't notice their character defects :)

Laughing so hard! Did in already tell you I have a cat that is a twin to yours. I call her Sluzie but her name really is Suzi.

Sew right! I wonder if more art is made on canvas or as quilts per year? Both are lovely. Around here they publish when photography, painting or canvas art shows are to happen but only mention quilt shows after the fact and minimally and quilt shows are art shows. Quilts nourish my spirit. I pick up a magazine, book or pattern with quilt pictures and I feel better immediately. I think the researchers should be applauded for bring testimony to non quilters that may lead them to a worthwhile craft and for making me very happy tonight:)

Hi, from Adelaide Sth Australia, will make sure the males, (and some females) in family, who consider it ludicrous to cut up good fabric then sew it together again, all see this. Jen
