WOW I hope I"m not late! I went camping with my family this weekend! Can I still join? There's a lot of catching up to do with the posts! If it's too late to participate for an FQ then I'll just be moral support this month!

Camping sure doesn't help with weight loss, eating all those good campfire foods (smores)! But it was so hot I swear I've sweated off 10 lbs! Going to go weigh myself to check it out! Hope every one had a safe weekend and stays safe while lighting of fireworks tonight!

Sure, the more the merrier. I know I said the cutoff was noon yesterday, but, hey, it's a holiday and the more the merrier. As a returnee, you know what you weighed on the first. Judy Ignore that drama when you catch up. It's over!

Oh how I know what smores will do to my thighs! LOL!! They are just yummy, no? :)

I hope you had a loss with all of the sweating you did!

I also want to wish everyone great success this month! I am so thankful for this group. It has been such an encouragement. I know when I am struggling that I have friends here. Thank you for that.

I am a bit nervous because I go to the surgeon's office soon for my weigh in and first fill. I hope the scale reflects the inches I have lost.

Take care of yourself and be safe on this special day!

OK weighed in and nope gained one lb! But we're off and running and this month I'm going to loose at least 5 lbs! OK now it's out there and it's in writing!

Just curious if any of you set your goals using the S.M.A.R.T. method? I try when I really sit down and think about it!

Yes, please tell. I could do with being smarter. What is the S.M.A.R.T. method?

I have Rod Stewart cranked on the CD player. Need it to keep me glued to my sewing chair. The air is on so the house is closed up. My neighbors on one side are camping and the other house is empty, so I shouldn't be annoying any non Rod Stewart and Bon Jove fans. Later. J
