From what I can tell being able to buy a 17 oz. can of 505 on ebay for about $27 (cost plus shipping) is a good price. How many regular size quilts can you get out of this can? How long can this product sit before it dries out and can't be used? Just trying to figure out if it's going to be cost effective to buy the larger can.

I can get the same size can here in Australia for $18-00, so the price seems a bit high. I get around 3 single bed size quilts out of a can, I love the stuff.

You use less spray on cotton batting than poly or cotton/poly... so it varies for me on how many quilts I can get out of a can. I have had some for over a year, and no problems with it not spraying :D:D:D

I have bought the 6.2 size for $6.82. You do the math! ! ! I think it is a little pricey.

If you have a store near you that carries it that seems high to me. I am in California and have dozens of quilt stores near me. There is an alternate product that many folks like as well which is quite cheap but I cannot remember name right now. Available at Walmart. I will check around when I get home. I don't use either much but learned about it at an appliqué class and it is like $5 a can. Someone else here will know. There is a wealth of info here.

I use the June Tailor also. I works great - really holds the sandwich together well.
