I like it, too. Black sashing with the blocks set on point would be good. Dark green sashing would make it more garden like.

OMG! My mom had a maxi skirt made out of that fabric back in the 70's. If it wasn't that fabric, it was REALLY close to it! She made it for herself for a class reunion. Funny! :D

I really like it. Just cut it up and border it with black. It will be a wonderful happy quilt that will make everyone smile when they see it.

Grandmother's Flower Garden? I can't tell what the scale is on the fabric, buy if it is as big as I'm thinking, it would be lovely to make flowers out of each of the different flowers in the print.
