The camo quilt is my sons. He picked out the fabric which is a cotton canvas type. It was a PAIN to work with. I will never do that again. I didn't like this quilt until I got the backing on it. Now it kinda talks to me. The quilting is terrible. Just a SID around the blocks. Never to be seen up close!

This is the backing. I also used the backing as the binding. A first for me but I really like doing it that way and will another soon.

And everyone has their own disappearing nine patch quilt! This is mine. Done with Moda's Wildflower Serenade. I just randomly put the blocks together and quilted with black on the front with a meander. The binding I put on the back first and wrapped it around to the front. Just something I tried. Probably will do again.
Buddy is making sure this one is fully tested.

Havn't worked canvas with quilting, guess I won't even think about trying!! I have that fabric you used on the back, have used it on a couple of Home of the Brave quilts and have more to use in a quilt for DD who's in Arm. Love your Disappearing nine patch, havn't made one myself yet. Maybe someday!
