Wow. I think you did a great job. I have two quilts I plan to FMQ on. I am very nervous about starting them. Not sure what design(s) to do. Thanks for the inspiration.

Wonderful! On a domestic machine no less! I did a queen 86X101 on my 6 inch throat DM and it is not easy!
Kudos!

You should be proud of your accomplishment. It's great!!! I'm not brave enough to try fmq on a big quilt. Enjoy this one and start planning your next project.

You did a great job and your quilt is beautiful, but I must say what I like best is your adorable dog!!

First -I LOVE the "mini essay". I think the "story" of a quilt brings the stitching and the colors to life! And this quilt is gorgeous - what a great job on the free motion quilting. I've not had the nerve to try that yet . So far, I'm still strictly hand quilting - maybe after another wall hanging to to I'll get the nerve to give it a try. I'd. Be ecstatic if it was even half as good as what you accomplished - really a beautiful, beautiful job.

You did a great job. It would make a pretty rug - too bad about people stomping around on the floor. Your quilt inspector is a cutie.

Your FMQ is absolutely fabulous! How long have you been machine quilting? I don't think a long arm would do any more beautiful quilting.

Thanks! You're so nice to say this! Gee I'm trying to think how long I've been machine quilting. I have only really done stippling and I think it's been a year and a half, give or take. I did thread painting a couple of times, but that was really simple and on small projects.
