Congratulations on your weight loss. It's bittersweet; but losing a not-so-good-for-you spouse, along with the weight, is a good thing. Keep up the good work and concentrate on what is right for you!

If you don't toot your own horn- Who will? Congatulations! There's Nothing like eating your own fresh produce! I had crappy double knee replacements, and had to give up almost all walking, gardening and exercising, gained 40 lbs. Just keep on moving- no matter what.

How wonderful, you should be very, very proud. I liked the funny - left your husband whose fun was watching the weather channel.....sounds like that was a heavy load weighing you down. It's interesting, when we find something we really enjoy eating isn't the center of our world anymore. I know I can stuff myself if I am bored or really angry at my hubby, take it out in food which is a comfort to all of us. Keep up the good work. Hope you have a very productive garden!
