Thank you ladies. Yes, we are indeed lucky to have each other. Mom is a very special lady that we appreciate every day. We even have 2 brothers to add to the mix. One of them was able to visit during the week, the other wasn't. But he took us all to NC a couple of years ago, and his wife sews. Again, a wonderful week, and your wonderful comments has reminded me of just how special it is to have close family ties. Wish i could invite all of you who don't have this kind of opportunity.

how heartwarming to see this! I have only 1 sister who still works 2 jobs and is in constant motion with her hubby and 2 teenage boys. They play football and swim and love to take 1 day trips. She loves it but, it doesn't leave much time for "girl" stuff as her boys call it. So we envy your family sew week! it looks like you had loads of fun!

What fun - family, quilts, AQS and lots of finished projects at the end. I'm sure you all had a great time, and will have many lasting, happy memories.
