I would make a Queen Size Texas Star. My Aunt made one for my Mom when I was little and I always love it.

Here you go:

I own this book and have made a quilt based on one of her patterns. It's my favorite book and there will be more quilts from it!

Me too. I know that my skills aren't up to the New York Beauty yet, but I am drooling over it and thinking ahead. I'll just put it on my bucket list for now.

I'm still one to try quilts I know will get done, so I'm going to work on a buggy barn quilt kit that I have. Not too hard but hard enough to challenge my capabilities!

I made a B9P. It's simple sewing but you need a design wall or a lay out surface. The block layout can get confusing.

I love them but have no plans on ever making a Baltimore Album quilt. I wish I had that talent, but I never want to take that much time making a quilt.

I have started Wedding Rings Star. I love it but it is very boring to do. I do a little and put it away. Take it out and do a little more. One of these years it may be finished but it will definitely be worth it but it will take a long time.
I love to applique so I would really like to do a Baltimore Album but know that is will take a long time and until I finish some UFO's it will have to stay on a back burner.

I want to do a wool applique primitive type table runner. I love pumpkins, so I just bought a pattern yesterday on ebay, I have a huge stash of wool from when I did rug braiding, so I am going to work from my stash., I haven't appliqued in 20 years, and I did the freezer paper method. This one I am going to use my Janome 10001 for the blanket stitch. Is there a tute for woold applique out there? The ones I am finding assume that there is some previous knowledge on wool applique.
