Default Recipe using Lemon Curd

I was given a jar of Lemon Curd. I'm not interested in making scones, and don't care for it on toast. Does anyone have a good recipe that uses lemon curd? I have about 1 cup of it.

Thanks

I have seen it used between cake layers instead of icing.

Put it on top of a pavlova with cream on top of that... or else give it away... or else tip it down the sink then it doesn't become a worry of what to do with it !!!

Well I have some recipes that might be good for your lemon curd. Yes I LOVE Lemon Crud lol.

NO Bake Lemony Cheesecake

10 oz. of lemon crud
1 8. oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. cool whip thawed
1 graham cracker crust
raspberry & lemon slices for decoration (optional)

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add crud. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Garnish just before serving.

This is easy enough to make but looks like it has taken all day. People love it at pass-a-dish or holiday gatherings.
