Default Only possible because of this wonderful board-birthday quilt

I finally finished the quilt for my son. He was in the Air Force and then worked at Cape Canaveral. I told him I would make a quilt for his 35th birthday. That was in July. Better late than never right? So many people on this board helped me with this. The blocks were from swaps. There are two special blocks I used for the middle from Robert. The other two in the middle I made out of my sons uniforms. The back is Air Force fabric with the flag and astronaut/space pieced down the middle. I also put astronaut/space blocks on the front 4 corners. Last but not least Charisma did an amazing quilting job which I am so grateful to her for. He loved it!!!!

Your son has a thoughtful mom. No wonder you are both proud. It is fabulous. I love the sampler blocks, the embroidery, the personalization................well, everything. Thank him for his service to our country too.
