Wheeler and wilson model 8 manual
Does anyone have a link to a manual for the WW model 8 manual? Does anyone have any tips on things to pay attention to when looking to buy one? I'm not sure if this model uses a shuttle or bobbin... I assume a shuttle. I know to look for that. Thanks.

2. Buy mine...
3. Bobbin. They use what is nicknamed "Bagal bobbon".
You MUST have the bobbin cover as shown below. They are frequently missing.

BTW - Those are the same machine , before and after
I have several WW8's 1 hand crank, 1 treadle (looking to re-home), and two parts heads (one early style one late style)
Why the WW8? It is one of my absolute favorites, but it not a typical rotary machine.

Steve, your photos didn't show up. Why the WW8? Well, that's the one that someone near me is selling. It's a treadle. Why are you selling yours? The irons don't have the individual feet..... it's a rectangle. Do you mind sharing what $$ you're wanting for the one you have? You can PM me. The picture I've seen isn't super detailed so that's the reason I'm asking about things to be looking for. It does look a little rusty.... the emblem is there though.

Finally, the pictures popped up.
This one may be too big a project for me. I still don't have the Davis as cleaned up as I want to get it.... haven't tried to sew with it yet. Maybe I should just work on the Davis and not worry about getting a WW8.

Well, As I said, I love the WW8 for style and engineering, but it can be tricky to get sewing smoothly.
There is a reason that there is a #9.... and that the WW8 was not continued.
I am selling mine because I need representative machines mostly for our shows and I LOVE the handcrank version, so to save room, the WW8 treadle is on the block.
I will PM you the rest.
