Default Sorely needed manual for Olympia” Model SZA-1007E Electronic

A member of my quilting group picked up this machine FREE from "Freecycle" here in the UK and oh dear has it been badly abused, hasn't been cleaned or more importantly oiled for quite a few decades. So much so that most of the press button selectors have seize up, with some very careful and and scant use of some oil I have managed to start the moving of some of the parts and have even managed to get a lovely straight stitch with 100% perfect tension, puffed chest as I am so proud of even this progress.

BUT we really need a manual and even after extensive Googling have come up with nothing not even on the make which I find so hard to believe as it a beautiful piece of workmanship but will need a replacement bobbin holder as the machine has been in a damp place and there is some rusting showing.

Can anybody help as, when you see the pics, Betsy as I have named her is far too pretty to languish in a cupboard or even worse

    So far I have found....

    1. It was made in Japan
    2. I believe it was made by Sanwa
    3. It seems to have also been marketed as "Crownpoint"
    4. MAY have a similar manual below.

to help remove rust from chrome, use a crumpled up piece of aluminium foil and water. 1. ball up a piece of foil to the size needed. 2. dip it in to a bit of water then rub on the affected rusted part. The abrasive nature of the ball of foil will rub away rust and polish the chrome. I picked up this tip from a US show called American Restoration. They fix old stuff up to like new condition. It worked on an old iron I had. Your machine is a real cutie!

Thanks Steve, I saw the name of Sanwa but it was on the motor but I assumed it was the maker of the motor, duh.

I have emailed the link to see if they have manual for this particular model. Thanks for your help.
