Default Here are my mixed whites and beiges light- patriotic quilt

A couple weeks ago I asked about mixing whites and beiges. I think it turned out pretty good. The pattern is a freebie from fat quarter shop called fat quarter fizz.

This quilt is for my WWII grandfather. I was blessed to accompany him and a group of 75 WWII veterans last weekend to Washington, D.C. It was truly an honor. He was even chosen to lay the wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier. His name is Albert Ruffalo. I was pushing him in the wheelchair.

My daddy was also apart of that war. Your very blessed to still have yours. What an honor to be able to have been apart of that ceremony. Thank him for his service from me., Gina
