Washing a Quilt With Wool Batting
I'm starting my DD (she asked 
) on hand quilting - printed panel and using some wool batting I was given. It will be quilted about 3 inches.
How should this be washed after it's completed? Going to be a lap quilt.

Do you have any idea which brand of wool batting it is? The only wool battings I trust for machine wash and dry are Hobbs brand and Quilter's Drea brand. Other brands I would probably machine wash (speed wash or hand wash cycles) in cold water and lay flat to dry.
