Default I Am Naming It "Seattle"

I saw a picture online and was enchanted. The rendition I saw had rich blue-greys and some medium browns with a very light grey background. I wish I could show hers here, but I do not know who she is to ask her permission.

I drew out a block on graph paper and made the block 14 inches. These large pieces lend themselves so well to batiks. The flow of the different fabrics are wonderful.

    Total size about 71 x 88

(why "Seattle"? That is where my favorite news correspondent is from)

Pretty, great way to showcase the fabrics. This pattern would work well with large prints I think.
