Default I'm jumping the gun & messed up

I get excited when I get a quilt 95% done. And want to post a picture of what I have done. This will be my quilt that I'm going to hand quilt. The pattern is called Shining Brighter from A book by Alex Anderson-called Simply stars Quilts that Sparkle. I ran out of the bright blue fabric, so I had to change the center sq, of the starto a darker blue print. I ran out of another color, so hopeing you can see the difference. Its of the lt background fabricThe quilt with out a border .This the block with the drk center This is the block with the blue sq center

I think the darker center for the star is a good thing.

Default I forgot the story

Here is a picture of the original block I was going to do. But it just didn't stand out for me. As for the messed up story. This quilt was going to be on point. I drew some sq's on a piece of graph paper, to what I wanted to do. Some how my mind and my drawing just wasn't working together

I liked that block so I drew it into QuiltPro nad played around with it a bit. I also concluded that it would be better on point. I think it is interesting that you saw it that way too.

I like it, and I like your "happy accidental" changes!
Sometimes my brain doesn't compute what I meant to make. I figure creativity can come accidentally as well...right??!!

Kif
