The quilt is beautiful and a great idea.

I caution you about using the term "Quilt of Valor" because of the legal use of the term. This is an established organization/program and has specific requirements. As I understand it, anyone can donate under this name as long as their quilt meets requirements. Here is link to previous thread on this issue.

I have been corresponding with QOVF for several months and these lap quilts meet the requirements. I am arranging my membership now as they did have problems with their web site. Thanks for the information. I did not mean to use the wrong term. I am trying to comply with the terms of the membership. GOD Bless
