Default How Many Do You Make?

Per year I can make an average of about three quilts, depending on how many baby quilts I've made. I can't sew all day, much as I would love too, but I always make sure I send at least half an hour a day sewing.

I know some of you wonder women on here knock out quilts like hot cakes, but I am sure there some who are more are like me too. Just curious, about how many do you make per year?

about 5-7---but i spend the better part of 3 days a week sewing. I also LA quilt so can quilt them myself too--I could not afford to pay someone to quilt that many otherwise.

I work full time over 60 hours a week so 3 is about my max, sometimes just parts of 3.

I just started quilting in the summer of 2016. That year I made 6 quilts of varying sizes from baby to queen. This year I have completed 10 and just started another.

I am thrilled if I do 2 large quilts a year. I don't count baby quilts because they are usually spur of the moment--not planned. This last year I have actually pieced 4 tops for charity thru our Guild. But the cutting was all done for me and the pattern was super simple. That sure does speed things up. I also found that I was more inclined to try a more complicated pattern after making the charity tops. Win win in my book!

Not many. It depends on what else is going on but I might finish 2-3.
Depends on size and how complicated the quilts are. I just enjoy the
process. Not joining any race for sure.
I'm like you, I can't sew all day even if I have the time.

About 8-10 smaller quilts and a couple of big ones a year. I have 2 big tops ready to quilt but they will go over into next year.

About 2 bigger ones a year, a few smaller donation quilts, and half a dozen doll quilts.

I looked at my pictures yesterday to see how many quilts I've made this year. Almost all of my quilts are lap size (with a couple twins thrown in). I don't make Queen or King size quilts. I was stunned to see that I've made 31 quilts this year! Hoiy Smokes! Most of those have been donated to a variety of Charities.

I make about 3 or 4 full size quilts a year, that is finished. I cut and piece many more so my UFO pile is high. I'm making my self catch up (sez me who started BH MQ )
