    If you eat more beans on a regular basis, your body will get used to it and you'll just naturally have less gas. That's been my experience anyway.

    Add a 15 oz of crushed pineapple to 2 cups uncooked beans. I soak my beans overnight in cold water to cover drain, rinse well. Cover with cold water, add pineapple bring to a boil, then simmer until soft. No seasoning until soft. Then add whatever, bacon, ham, salt.
    The pineapple will add an interesting flavor, but not recognizable, not sweet, just intriguing even if you dislike pineapple. And if someone sees it, they will just think it’s onion.

    But it stops the gas.
    Seen on a bumper sticker during the gas lines back in the ‘70’s:
    Eat more beans , America needs the gas.
