Oh what fun you will have Jeff. Windy Moon is such a neat shop. I haven't been to the mill ends store for years. I will have to check it out the next time I come over to see my brother. I love about 5 hours away so don't get over that way too often.
Have fun at your class...be sure to take some pictures and post here so we can all enjoy the time with you.

i have never made a quilt & would love to hand sew one, just don't know anything about putting them together. would love help.

Maybe you should consider an applique pattern? Or english paper piecing. There are lots of neat patterns for those out there. Is there a quilt guild in your area or a quilt shop that offers classes? Good luck!! Happy Stitchin'
