Janis asked me to post both quilts since she was going to be out of town. The first is from her and I am absolutely in love with it!! To me it looks like Amish sherbet...the black makes all the other colors just glow. The disappearing 9 patch is still a mystery to me and to attempt it on such a small quilt makes me feel special. Thanks so much, Janis.

The second is my quilt for her. I wanted something bright and cheerful and I hope she likes it. I sure enjoyed making it for her.

Tanya, just jump in and get your feet wet!! We all started at the bottom...no way to go but up. Each one gets a little better and a little easier. This swap is a perfect place to start...they're small and we are not critics...these are just fun. I'll take you as a partner anytime.

You know going to Chele's flicker site is awe inspiring as one sees nothing but our gorgeous little quilts--thanks for putting them on the site, Chele!

I want them all!!! I have yet to see one that I wouldn't love to hang on my wall. Even colors that I wouldn't ordinarily use just call to me. Great work, ya'll!!!
