This quilt is made totally wrong! Each triangle is stuffed separately and sewn, but I didn't have the pattern in front of me. I thought I knew what I was doing (1st mistake) - I zig-zagged all of the triangles together. (2nd mistake) Whew! What a job and I used so much thread!! Then I found the pattern (I don't know where it is now) and found out that it was all wrong. No wonder it turned out to be so difficult. Somehow it is supposed to be sewn as you go. It looks really bad and I am sure the stitching won't stay long. BUT my husband loves it and he wanted me to show it. I was going to throw it away but my hubby wouldn't let me. it's embarrassing to have around. I'm afraid someone will see it!

Oh no! The quilt police will do a home invasion! LOL It looks great and being triangles, a lot of work, and if hubby likes it call it 'unique' and let it be.

I don't know what you were expecting, but it looks beautiful to me. It looks like it was "meant to be"!!

It even looks good with my glasses on! The purpose of a quilt is to keep you warm......IT PASSES!

I agree with your hubby. I think it looks wonderful! He know a good quilt when he sees one.

You girls are just too kind! It looks much better in the pic than in "person".

You're being waaaay too hard on yourself! It's very nice and your DH loves it! That spells success in my book!
