    Okay, let's have some fun. My DDIL gave me some things today that were her mother's once upon a time. I was so excited to get this because it says Singer Sewing Machine Co. on it. As you may or may not know, I have quite a collection of machines and notions. Send my your ideas, and tomorrow when I have time I am going to try this out and post what it is. I have never seen one before, so this should be interesting. Sorry the close up is so blurry but my camera is non focusing any more.

    I will guess that it is a hem gauge, for measuring hems.

    I would say it is a seam guage of some sort, humm, thanks this is always fun to look at cool antique objects to see what it is
