Wow! They are gorgeous! You are too critical on yourself....these are both gorgeous and have the Wow factor.

PS If you are looking for more punch from color, try contrasting fabrics for that color punch. Yellow & blue is a good example. Or yellow & purple, or orange & purple. Look at a color wheel and choose fabrics that are contrasting.
