I believe old Sam just might be rolling over in his grave - he was a very nice old man. Most of my family lives in the Bentonville AR area and my dad used to run into him at the bank - Sam drove his old blue pick up truck around town when on his own and seemed to enjoy the simple things in life - the stores started to change a lot as he got older and I'm sure others started to take over control more.

Just got back from our local WM and saw the $5/bolt fabric. EEEK! Sales clerk said they were not renewing the by yard cutting--

Here's hoping WM might get a message since customers were grabbing this stuff as fast as they could get their hands on it.

I have seen those bins for several months at our Wally World, they are OLD type of fabric, most double knit or the like. I really didn't see any that I could use for jammies. Yes, be careful that the bolt is the proper TYPE of material for the use - flame retardant is a must.

Our Milan Tn store had restocked and boxes of stuff was sitting everywhere. I saw things on the wall that I hadn't seen in any other quilting place. Had too be in such a rush but I did notice a lot of the material was 5.98 a yard.

I bought one bolt to see what it was like. Mine was polyester/cotton so I used it for a lining. I don't think you'd want to use it for quilting. I used the match test and it was poly. Its pretty, marbled green so its fine for a backing
