I have two aunts that are participating in assisting with my baby shower. Our family has a history of quilting; their mother, my grandmother was a quilter and she passed it down to each of us.

As a thank you for all that they have done for me, I would like to make them each a small wallhanging in appreciation.

I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT PATTERN TO PICK :-(

Can anyone offer any assistance??? Preferrably nothing too complicated because I am a pretty basic quilter ....

What about the Quilted Calendar holder, then you can put a picture of you and them together in the holder. They are easy to put together and about 2-3 hrs only. :lol:

do any of them have a particular favorite (like a particular block or style they like)? If so, maybe you could choose something around that, in their favorite colors? Love your avatar! :)

where do you find the clear vinyl? is that what they used in the center of the calandar?
