I made this "BQ" quilt for my mom for Mother's Day. She loves flowers. I added a ribbon border w/her favorite color, purple.

Beautiful. That border really sets off the flowers nicely. I am sure your Mom will love it.

Don't know what that stands for but there is a pattern out there that my friend shared w/me.

I like the way the blocks are offset. And the light background really sets off the green borders and bright colors of the blocks.

BQ stands for Big Quilt. I just ordered this pattern because I have some large print fabrics that I wanted to show off. Can't wait to do one of my own!
