I wanted to try this 3D pinwheel, so just grabbed some colors that my dearest friend would like for her dining table.. I made it as a table runner.. The binding, which is hard to see is done in a very pale , tiny polka dot mint green, a shade lighter that's what is in the pinwheels.. Sorry the photo is not very good.. my camera was being persnikety for some reason..

the tutorial was easy, and I am so glad the " sharer of good news" posted it for us all to try.. My friend will love her table runner I hope..
