Hi I am new here and trying to learn my way around. Did you give the amount of yardage/fabric needed to make this ? even if for one flower & I can take it from there. I found this and followed it here & joined

For one flower, you will need 1/4 yard of two 45 inch wide fabrics. You will need batt for the 4 circles but no batt for the 4 extra petals that are put on top of the 4 sewn together circles. Hope you can figure it out from there.

It has been a while since I did the water lily and I think you can get the 4 circles from 1/4 yard green and 1/4 yard white but you need a little extra for the four petals that get inserted after sewing the circles together.
