    warning...longarm quilters do NOT like these...foot gets caught unless stitched down... how can you have a 1/4" showing for searm allowance if both are 2½" confushed...

    Thank you for posting this. Not only will it make flying geese easier it will give some dimension to them.

    Thanks so much! Love flying geese but found other methods too tedious. This is great especially for chain sewing.

    learned to do this a lil while ago. loved it but I have not added em to the quilt yet. and the long arm quilters have a problem when these aren't sewn down? not a problem for me as my budget dictates that I do my own quilting. sigh

    Will this work with any size, and how would you know what size for rectangle if you changed the size of your square?
