Thanks for the tute! I learn so much on QB. My seams will be a lot better now. I am a newbie at quilting.

What is the difference if you use elmer's glue versus elmer's school glue? Does one wash out and not the other?

I believe they are one and the same... as long as it doesn't say wood glue, or anything else on the bottle. It should also say it washes out :D:D:D

You are all very welcome :D:D:D

To me elmer's school glue is more translucent than regular old fashioned elmer's.

This is a great idea, and I've seen it before. My only problem is I have searched high and low for a bottle with that very fine tip, and I can't find one ANYWHERE. This is a wash (pardon the pun) if you don't have that fine tip.

I will continue the search.

I thought you had to buy the tip separately.

Do you always have to wash the glue dots out?

I have been glue basting applique for quite a while, but never even dreamed of using it to match seams or to set the binding. Thanx for the tute, Great Great tips.

Very nice tutorial. Thanks for showing this in such great detail.
I just wish that they would come out with the small bottles. I have the attachment but can't use them. You were lucky to find a bottle in the store.
